Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TokenPortal365 collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we run an account-based studio, your creations are private by default, and we do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Account data: the email address and credentials you register with, and your account settings. Studio data: your prompts, uploads, generated works, credit balance and job history — the material the studio needs to do the work you ask for. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention. Payment data: pack purchases are processed by payment providers; we receive confirmation and references, not your full card details.
How it is used
To run your jobs, keep your library and balance correct, prevent abuse, answer support mail and meet legal obligations. Creations are never used for advertising, never sold, and never published by the studio — publication is exclusively the account holder’s own act.
Retention and deletion
Your library and account data are kept while your account is open. You may request access, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected] from the account address. Deleting your account deletes your library. Some records (payment confirmations, abuse-prevention logs) may be kept for the period the law requires, and no longer.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the studio working, plus privacy-respecting usage measurement. It does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Adults only
TokenPortal365 is an adults-only service. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are closed and their data removed when discovered.
