Accounts

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous or guest generation. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself.

Credits

Jobs are paid in credits at the prices shown on the pricing page and confirmed before each job runs. Credits are an internal balance that exists only inside your account. They are not a cryptocurrency, not a token and not an investment: they cannot be traded, transferred between accounts, sold or cashed out, and they carry no cash value outside the studio. Buying credits buys renders, nothing else. Credit packs are one-time purchases; annual packs are prepayments that release credits monthly, not subscriptions, and nothing renews automatically. If a job fails, its credits are refunded automatically.

Acceptable use

All generated characters must be fictional adults, described unambiguously as adults. Photo-based tools (undress, editor, face swap) may be used only on your own images or on images of adults who gave you documented consent you can produce on request. Prohibited material — including anything sexualising minors or ambiguous-age characters, non-consensual imagery of real people, and real identifiable people in prompts — is enforced under the moderation policy and can end an account on first offence.

Your creations

Your creations are stored in your account, private by default. You may publish pieces to the public gallery yourself; you are responsible for what you publish. The studio may remove published material that breaks the moderation policy.

Service and liability

The studio is provided as-is and may change tools, models and prices with notice on the pricing page. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price of the credit pack involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
