The moderation policy at TokenPortal365 exists for one reason: an adult studio is only defensible if its consent rules are real. These are the rules, how they are enforced, and how to report a problem.
Any sexual content involving minors or characters who could reasonably read as minors; non-consensual imagery of real people, including undress or face-swap transformations without documented consent; prompts describing real, identifiable people; and content illegal in the jurisdictions the studio serves. These categories end accounts on first offence and are reported to the competent authorities where the law requires.
Photo-based tools may be used on (a) your own images, or (b) images of adults who gave you documented consent covering the transformation, which you must be able to produce if the studio asks. Public availability of a photo is not consent. Fame is not consent. Possession of a file is not consent.
Uploads and published gallery pieces can be screened automatically and by human review. Creations are private by default, which limits exposure, but privacy is not an exemption: prohibited material is removed wherever it is found, including in private libraries.
Report a gallery piece, an upload concern or a consent problem through the contact page or directly to [email protected], with the page URL or account detail involved. Consent reports are prioritised and reviewed by a person.
Outcomes scale with the violation: removal of a piece, restriction of tools, or permanent account closure, with the severest categories closed on first offence. If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, write to [email protected] with the account address and the job or page involved; enforcement decisions are re-reviewed by a person, and the outcome of that review is final.
